To a nature lover, such vivid colour (顏色鮮明) is a joyful blessing from above (蒼天).
As Hong Kong lies just within the Tropic of Cancer (北回歸線), most plant species are
sub-tropical and therefore evergreen. A bright yellow foliage in the autumn

馮鳴龍兄問我有沒有看 Alan Greenspan 的 THE AGE OF TURBULENCE : Adventures in a New World。
我知道有這本書 ，但不在我的優先順序當中，不過我錯了，這本書應該細讀 。現代都市人如何理解周邊世界，
這書頗有啟示。 在爬梳過艱澀的經濟學術語之後，讀者可知世情趨向，政治困局，全球一体化的力量
如何影響個體 ........還有 「格老」的「觀世智慧」，甚有 insight 。 現舉一例如下

Many people are chocolate lovers, some know that it is made from cocoa, only a few have ever seen
a cocoa fruit hanging on the tree. The Hong Kong Park (at the MTR station Admiralty) has a cocoa tree
which bears flowers and fruits. The tree is comfortably rooted in a greenhouse - an oasis in the

偶得一張唱片 " Eternity and a day " : 空靈奇妙， 似夢迷離， 樂似未盡， 哀而不傷。
今晚聽了幾次，意猶未盡。
電影音樂題為 : Eternity and a day, Eleni Karaindrou (Stuttgart, 1998).
The music was recorded in Athens, 1998.
有機會要找這套電影來看看。It is a film by Theo Angelopoulos. 不知何許人。
Geisa 一片的配樂可堪比擬。
聽完了還有 Schlinder's list 的配樂襯托。
更不妨聽聽馬勒 (Mahler) 的 " 大地之歌 " (Das Lied von de Erde) ，才沈酣 (= sound asleep) 水雲夢鄉。
我以為瞭解這幾首歌曲，是「自我認識」的一條幽徑。
